Fresh Peach Pie

A great dessert that the whole family will love

1 baked pie crust
8 fresh peaches, sliced
Cinnamon to taste
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons peach gelatin

Bake a 9-10 inch pie crust
Put water, sugar, cornstarch, and peach gelatin in saucepan and cook until thickened on medium heat
Place fresh peach slices in baked pie crust and sprinkle cinnamon to taste
Pour thickened peach sauce over the peaches
Let cool and put in refrigerator to thicken more
