Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: varies Total Time: varies Yield: 1 Servings: 20 4 cups of sugar 4 tsp salt 2 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup water 3 pounds walnut meats   Combine ingredients (except nuts) in heavy kettle. Stir over low heat until dissolved. Cook until syrup forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and add nuts. Stir well. Turn out onto buttered wax paper. Allow to cool
