It's Grilling Time!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 to 20 minutes
Total Time: 20-30 minutes

Gather all the clams, mussels, scallops and oysters you can eat.
Sauce:
8 oz unsalted butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
salt and pepper

Place shellfish on a HOT grill untill they open up and put in large pan with sauce. Serve immediately.
Sprinkle shellfish with parsley and serve with grilled toast
