Impossible to be so tasty! Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes Cook Time: 50-55 minutes Total Time: about 1 hour Yield: 1 pie Servings: 8 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix 2 tablespoons butter 1 can 13 oz evaporated milk 2 eggs 1 16 oz can pumpkin 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 2 teaspoons vanilla Whipped cream and chhopped nuts for garnish   Heat oven to 350 degrees Lightly grease pie pan Beat all ingredients until smooth (1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater) Pour into pie pan Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (50-55 minutes) Cool and garnish Refrigerate any remaining pie
