Preparation Time: 10-20 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 40-50 minutes Yield: 1 pie Servings: 8 3 egg yolks 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup bottled lime juice yellw or green food coloring (optional) 1 8 or 9 in pastry shell or graham cracker crust Whipped cream   Preheat oven to 325 degrees In a large bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lime juice, and food coloring Pour into prepared pastry shell Bake 30 minutes Cool; chill in refrigerator 1 hour Serve topped with whipped cream
