Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes Cook Time: varies Total Time: varies Yield: 1 bowl Servings: 6 2 pounds potatoes 1 teaspoon salt 1 pound bacon 1/2 cup minced onion 1 1/2 teaspoons flour 4 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 3/4 teaspoons pepper 1 tablespoon vinegar 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons parsley 1 teaspoon celery seed   Cook potatoes in their jackets until fork tender Peel and slice in bowl Fry bacon until crisp and pour off grease Add onion and saute until tender In bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and pepper Stir in vingear and water until smooth Add to bacon Simmer, stirring until slightly thickened Pour hot dressing over potatoes Add parsley and celery seeds
