Roast Beef Sandwich

This sandwich is amazing

1 long French bread, unsliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated horseradish
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
6 red onions, sliced thin
Salt and pepper
1 pound roast beef-rare, sliced thin
tomato slices
Arugula or spinach leaves

Slice bread in half length-wise
Mix together mayo, mustard, and horseradish and spread on both sides of bread
In pan, saute olive oil, butter, onions, and salt & pepper until onions are caramelized
Spread onions on bread
Place roast beef slices over onions, then tomato slices and arugula or spinach
