The name says it all! Preparation Time: Varies Cook Time: varies Total Time: varies Yield: 1 batch Servings: 4 4 large potatoes, unpeeled, quartered and cooked 4 tablespoons butter 1 bunch scallions, sliced 1 tablespoon grated fresh horseradish 1 tablespoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper   Saute scalions in butter Add to bowl with potatoes Add rest of ingredients and mash Put in oven to reheat
