Cheese Stuffed Celery

A great snack or appetizer.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: no cooking
Total Time: 10 minutes 		Yield: 1
Servings: 20

Ingredients
8oz light cream cheese at room temp.
2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
celery
paprika 		 

Prep
Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together
Add chopped nuts.
Stuff celery with mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika

*If there is an allergy to peanuts try using almonds.
