Blue Cheese-Stuffed Pork Chops

A family favorite!
Preparation Time: 25 mMnutes
Cook Time: 30 to 40 Minutes

1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 pork chops cut 1 1/4 inches thick
1/4 cup plain yogurt
4 teaspoons flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
dash of pepper

In a small mixing bowl combine first 5 ingredients to make stuffing.
Trim fat from meat.
Make a pocket in each chop by cutting horizontally into the chop from the fat side almost to the bone.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of the stuffing into each pocket.
If necessary, securely fasten the opening with wooden toothpicks.
Place chops on the grill rack.
Cover and gill for 30 to 40 minutes or till juices run clear.
In a small saucepan stir together the yogurt and flour.
Add remaining sauce ingredients.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
Remove toothpicks from chops and serve sauce over chops.
