Ground Meat-Grape Jelly Meatball Appetizers

This sounds a bit strange but it is really tasty.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

Servings: 6

1 small bottle of ketchup
1 small jar Concord grape jelly
1 tablespooon lemon juice
1 pound ground meat
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

Blend ketchup, jelly, and lemon juice in a large, flat pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Turn heat to low and allow to simmer.
Combine ground beef, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into solid balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Drop meatballs, into sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes
