Depending on the type of salsa you choose, it can be mild or hot. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: none Total Time: 10 minutes Yield: 1 Servings: 10 8 oz light cream cheese 1/2 bottle of salsa a small amount of water chopped lettuce chopped onion choped green bell pepper grated cheddar cheese chopped tomato tortilla chips   Mix together cream cheese, salsa and water. Spread in glass dish. Layer lettuce, then onion, green pepper, cheese, then tomato. Serve with chips
