Stuffed Cabbage- Grandma Pazda

by Sophia Pazda, Nov 20, 2006

This is my Polish great grandma's recipe.

Preparation Time: 30
Cook Time: 2.5-3 hours
Total Time: 2.5-3.5 hours
Yield: 1
Servings: 6

Ingredients
1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 cup barley cooked
1 egg
1 onion chopped
parsley
garlic powder
worcestershire sauce
beef bouillon granules
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 small cabbage par boiled till tender and easy to handle
2 cans of tomato soup

Prep
Mix all ingredients except the cabbage and the tomato soup.
Slice off the center vein so that it will be easy to roll up.
Palce a large spoon full of meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll up.
Put all rolls in a baking pan or dish and pour the 2 cans of tomato soup over all.
Bake at 350 for 2.5-3 hours.
