A great tasting classic pasta dish
Preparation Time: Varies
Cook Time: about 1 hour

 |
1 pound ground pork
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup parsley
1 egg
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper
1 pound lasagne noodles
4 cups spaghetti sauce
3 pounds ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup parsley. chopped
3 cups shreddd mozzarella cheese
2 cups parmesan cheese

Meatballs:
Mix together ground pork, garlic, parsley, egg, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper
Roll into small balls
In frying pan, add olive oil and garlic
Take garlic out and fry meatballs until brown
Ricotta mixture:
add ricotta cheese, 2 beaten eggs, 2 T. sugar, salt, pepper, 1 cup chopped parsley
Cook lasagne boodles but don't overcook (just parboil)
Start layering lasagne
First add some sauce, then ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese
Keep layering until done
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour
